Roots of White Dove Outpouring
White Dove Outpouring was founded by Evangelist Caitlin Young Ramirez in September 2022, just two months after receiving the baptism with the Holy Spirit. That day marked her life forever as the Lord called her to start a ministry. She yielded and surrendered her life as she knew it to walk in her calling, and says she has been living in the supernatural ever since.
Caitlin is a wife and mother of two young boys, and says her family is her first ministry. The Lord has called Caitlin to unite the body of Christ by being a bridge between denominations, and see believers walk in the fullness and freedom of the Holy Spirit. The desires of her heart are to fulfill the Great Commission Jesus gives to His disciples; heal the sick, set the captives free, and preach the Word of God in boldness and in love.
Our Beliefs
The Exclusivity of Jesus Christ
We believe that salvation from sin and Hell is found exclusively in receiving Jesus Christ as one's personal Lord and Savior. His sacrifice was the payment for the sins of mankind. He is the only way to God, Truth, and eternal life in Heaven (John 14:6).
The Identity of Jesus Christ
We believe that Jesus Christ was God in the flesh (1 John :1,14).
The Word
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God. It is inspired, infallible, and inerrant.
“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness," (2 Tim. 3:16).
"As for God, His way is perfect;
The word of the Lord is proven;
He is a shield to all who trust in Him" (Psalm 18:30).
The Resurrection of Jesus Christ
Jesus resurrected in bodily form, validating His message, identity, and power (John 20:24-29).
The Fullness of Jesus Christ
We believe in the fullness of Jesus Christ and the gifts of His Holy Spirit. He is Savior, Healer, Deliverer, and Baptizer. Everything that He did in bodily form, He still performs through His Holy Spirit today (John 14:12; Acts 10:38; Mark 1:8; and Hebrews 13:8).
Holy Spirit Fullness
Our desire is to equip all saints for the work of ministry, building up the body of Christ, and encouraging all believers in their faith and knowledge of the Son of God. We desire to see all believers filled with the Holy Ghost and Fire, walking in the power and authority of Jesus Christ! (Acts 1:8).
We believe that in order to live the holy and fruitful lives that God intends for us, we need to be baptized in water and be filled with the power of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit enables us to exercise spiritual gifts, including speaking in tongues and gifts of healing (1 Cor. 12:4-11).
